Schedule Change for Tuesday Welcome Reception
Our welcome reception will now take place 4:30-6:30pm, providing an additional 30 minutes of unopposed exhibit time. The new expo schedule, including our new networking breaks and lunch on Tuesday, is posted above and in the full meeting agenda.

AMCP's Official Show Contractor: Shepard Exposition Services
AMCP is pleased to welcome Shepard Exposition Services as our new general service contractor for our national meetings. This partnership translates to key benefits for our stakeholders: competitive pricing in rentals and services, improved communication with third-party contractors, and simplified estimates -- saving exhibitors time and money.
Invitations to the service kit will be emailed to the primary booth contact on file with AMCP. Exhibitors should log into the online platform and invite appointed contractors (EACs), if applicable, to create their own accounts.

Reminders
- The advance rate deadline for the exhibitor service kit (Shepard) orders ends on Oct. 7.
- All exhibitors are required to submit a COI or you will be prevented from setting up your booth. Please upload your policy to ExhibitortInsurance.com by Oct. 13.
- If you need to purchase a COI, you can secure an affordable, ready-made policy via ExhibitorInsurance.com. Look up "AMCP Nexus" and enter your information.
